Integrate Past Trauma as Your Strength and Reclaim Your Inner Leadership
According to Carl Jung, what we repress does not disappear, it continues to live in the unconsciousness and influences our relationships, choices, and reactions. Have you ever thought - twat have happened will all memories of your whole life? - some are forgotten or far away in the "memory album of the mind", and some recirculate in our minds again and again, sometimes obsessively, and if traumatic - affect emotions and decision making here and now, every day. These memories are in so called "active memory". How to manage them and weaken their impact?
In this module, we explore how past wounds and unprocessed experiences have until now shaped our behavioral patterns, and how using mind shift techniques: awareness, self-reflection, and creation of emotional independence help us get over of traumas and see them as out strengths and life lessons. We will work on this in the seminar and will release them or put into inactive memory, maybe for good? Join and explore!
Healing from trauma is mentalising - taking in a survivors, maybe a winners attitude, and becoming more whole in the present. When we dare to face our shadow, we can stop reacting from our wounds - and begin living more consciously, steadily, and freely.
