Mind Shift: Empower Your Mind, Transform Your Life

Module 8. Self-leadership = Existential health

Existential health is having meaning and direction in life - which you have chosen, as self-leader, but are adaptable enough to embrace challenges and rewards of life.

Existential fulfillment or emptiness?

Ask yourself - have you yourself found meaning and direction of your life? Or do you feel a sense that life lacks depth or direction, despite external success.

The question about existence and the meaning of life is as old as humanity itself. Throughout history, it has been explored by philosophers, and every religion and worldview has offered its own answers. Yet it is also a deeply personal question - one that requires us to look inward, not only outward.

Inner purpose relates to the deeper sense of meaning and connection we experience in life, often linked to self-awareness, personal growth, authenticity, and presence in the moment. It is more about who we are than what we do.

Do you see your-self as human-being or human-doing?

Finding meaning and purpose in life may not be something we “solve” once and for all. The meaning of life is not merely a question to be answered; it is an opportunity to be lived. It is an ongoing dialogue between you and life itself, where each choice and every action can bring you closer to what feels truly meaningful.
